Wieland Eucaro GmbH, founded in 1993 and part of the Wieland Group since 1999, is a leading manufacturer and stockist of seawater-resistant tubes, rods, sheets, filters and fittings made of CuNi10Fe1.6Mn for shipbuilding and offshore applications. The site operates a 0.4 MW photovoltaic plant, which will be expanded in 2021 and will then produce and operate climate-neutrally.

Production
We produce our fittings in either seamless or welded design in an area of about 3,000 qm . Our production processes include cold forming with up to 800 to pressing force, metal cutting in two processing centers, automatic CNC lathes and a CNC processing center, as well as any required heat or surface treatment. Using WIG-MIG and flash-butt welding processes, we produce high quality welded joints.
Technical support
A significant department of our company is the service department. Along with the manufacture and sale of piping elements, our engineers carry out technical training, welding training, plan approval and construction supervision across the globe. Wieland Eucaro creates tangible value for its customers.
Our material EUCARO® 10
Copper-nickel alloys are among the most corrosion-resistant copper materials. Our brand name EUCARO 10 is the benchmark for CuNi90/10 alloys.
